AGRICULTURE OF THE PAST EXHIBITS

Would you like to show off your antique farm tractor? Do you have some farm equipment or memorabilia you would like to display? Do you have personal farm histories, signs, pictures, or any agriculture related collections?

Outside exhibit space is being made available. A tent will be provided to cover some smaller displays but space is limited. Tent space will be first come first serve and at the discretion of the committee. Each display slot will be 10' wide, if you need more space take two next to each other.

Every effort will be made for the security of the tractors and your displays. Tractor and display setup times are Sunday and Monday and Tuesday 9-5. Tractors must remain in place until 5pm Sunday. Equipment can be removed after 5pm Sunday or can be removed Monday.

Unloading small displays near the display area will be allowed. Unloading of tractors is reserved for the far north parking lot. Truck and trailer parking in this area is ok. After you unload your display check in at the fair office Monday or Tuesday between 9-5 with this completed form. All displays must be registered through the Fair office.

Two passes will be given for the first entry, and one additional pass for additional each entry.

Owners wanting to pull the People transporter out in the parking lot can also sign up with the application available online. Each transporter would be comprised of one tractor an operator and an assistant. The responsibility of the assistant is to help people on and off the transporter and be a safety observer near the rear of the transporter. It is the responsibility of the tractor owner to find there own assistant.

The board will provide insurance for all tractors working out in the parking lot. All tractors must have working lights and working brakes. A schedule will be available to sign up for transporter duty. If you have any questions call Dale @ (815) 482-5758
